2. Determine what services you require.
3. Call our representative, or send us a letter describing your needs on the file.
4. We will assign file to a nurse, who will then call you to discuss the file.
5. Send medical records directly to the nurse.
6. Our staff will promptly complete the assignment. IME physicians will call before issuing a written report.
