Medical Records Review

 
SRS Legal Nurse Consultants utilize their specialized clinical knowledge and experience to assist Insurance companies and attorneys in evaluating cases that require a comprehensive assessment of medical records. Our Legal Nurse Consultants will provide a summary, interpretation, and analysis of the medical documents provided.

• Post-incident review and analysis of the events that caused illness or injury 

• Interpret medical data and protocols for use in settling liability claims

• Review pre-incident medical records for medical reasons that may have predisposed the claimant to the illness or injury   

• Research the standards of care as related to medical procedures, illnesses, and injuries

• Evaluate complex cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability for medical causes, precipitating factors, and residual effects    

• Prepare a chronological history of medical treatment    

• Provide recommendations regarding missing medical documentation
