SRS uses a social rehabilitation model that identifies an individual’s strengths and areas of need. The staff then encourages those areas of strength and helps the person to identify community resources that will allow the person to realize their full potential. During this process, SRS Case Managers engage the person in a positive relationship.

The clients served are all disadvantaged in some way, primarily physically, psychologically, and/or educationally. SRS is a community-based company, in that for accessibility purposes, each of our counselors’ lives and serves in a particular geographic area so that they are familiar with the programs, businesses, economics, community resources, and job opportunities available to clients. All counselors are computer-linked to the supervisor who tracks their progress on the individual cases
